Shipping and Delivery

Currently at this time we can only ship to the US and Canada.  


As soon as payment is received we will get your goodies out the door.  You can expect to receive your amazing purchase within approximately 3-7 business days.

How we ship: 

All purchases/orders are shipped via USPS First Class and yes we will provide a tracking number to know exactly when your package will arrive! 


Free Shipping on orders over $75. 

Standard USPS shipping rates apply for all orders under $75.

If you need your items sooner, please send your request via email to: hello@tootsiepopshop.com and we will do our best to accommodate your shipping needs.  Please note that additional shipping fees may apply.

Returns & Exchange Policy:

Of course we want you happy with your purchase but we get it, sometimes an item just does not work out.  We will gladly accept returns and we know you are busy so we have made our process fast and easy. 

As long as your item is unused, with tags and in the same condition it was purchased you may send it back within 30 days from the purchase date for a full refund less shipping if applicable to the original payment method.

Please email hello@tootsiepopshop.com with the subject "RETURN" and include the following info in the body of the email: invoice number and the reason it didn't work out.  You can expect a confirmation email from hello@tootsiepopshop.com within 24 hours.  We will be happy to exchange the product, just provide the information in the email.

Shipping cost for the return is the responsibility of the Buyer.  We want to make sure your product makes it here safe and sound so please provide a tracking number if possible.

Items that are marked FINAL SALE are not eligible for a refund.

Shipping costs and Gift Cards are non-refundable.
